Spira shows my understanding and continued affinity for contemporary art forms combined with fine craftsmanship. Spira debuted at the at the Canton Museum of Art in 2012. The coils of the floor installation are engineered from the abundance of wormy Ash.  Other woods include Walnut, Poplar and Cherry with the addition of aniline dye, milk paint, leather and copper. Spira was given the Ohio Arts Council Award at the 2014 Fine Arts Exhibition at the Ohio State Fair.

This would be a great piece for a museum or corporation.
